Cayenne Pepper Goal Grid to Help Make Supplementing with Cayenne a Habit

You may have heard the saying, "It takes 30 days to make a behavior into a habit."

Well, I've always believed that and have experimented with that principle as well.

In light of that, I thought I'd share something with you that has really helped me.

If you are looking to either break a bad habit or add a good one, like supplementing with cayenne daily, charting your progress is really powerful.

I've used this technique for various weaknesses I have.

While I'm not perfect yet :) it has helped me, and I think it can help you, too.

Adding Cayenne To One's Supplement Regime

The truth is that progress measured is progress gained. To that end, I've created a "cayenne pepper goal grid" that will allow you to easily track whether or not you add cayenne to your daily health regime.

By drinking it daily in the way you are most comfortable, i.e., in orange juice, cranberry juice, or as a hot tea, and by checking off the day (I just cross the number out with a big X on the grid), you will get into the habit of supplementing with cayenne.

This will allow you to track your progress. Why am I offering this or talking about it? Because I know it's challenging for some people to take cayenne.

Let's be honest, drinking cayenne -- especially the three or four ounces of the very warm tea version -- can be quite a shock. It's not a drink meant to be savored like root beer or orange juice or some other tasty beverage.

No, cayenne is meant to be taken for health reasons (and for culinary purposes). That said, it's difficult for people to get in the habit of it.

So, I thought I'd try to help with something that has helped me -- a daily grid that tracks my progress.

You may be snickering at this and that's fine. I would, though, encourage you to be open minded about it.

This simple technique has really helped me with learning how to control various bad habits that have plagued me in my life.

Remember, truth is simple and sometimes the most powerful self-cayenne or capsicumimprovement tools or techniques are the simplest.

Download Habit Grid Here

Okay, enough said. Here it is. You can download the 105-day grid over here. By the way, the file is only eight kilobytes; it's very small.

(Windows users, click on your right mouse button, then click "Save As" or "Save Link As..." in Firefox, and choose the file's destination. Mac users, I believe you hold down the Command key and click. Then, choose "Save As" or "Save Link As...")

The download is a .pdf file so you will need Adobe Reader to open and then print it out.

Whether you use a Mac or a Windows system, Adobe Reader will work for you as it's a computing standard -- and Adobe Reader is completely free too, which is always nice.

If you don't already have it, you can download Adobe Reader from here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/.

Lastly, if you're interested in supplementing or experimenting with cayenne, you can get more information about buying good quality cayenne at this article within this site. Or, alternatively, you can look at a full product price list here.

I hope this helps you.
